Met with an accident can I claim expenses incurred on medical

Recently I met with a car accident along with my family... Accident occurred by self.. spent moremore money in hospital.. And vehicle is also more damaged.. I have A valid driving license and insurance.. Can I get the procedure how to get claims of hospital expenses
As you mentioned that you are insured, you have to file a claim with your insurance company. Please get a copy of your Policy and approach the Insurance Company for compensation and reimbursement. If at all they reject it or you are not satisfied with the response, then you can file a case.
