Met with an accident bike registered in my name what to do?

My brother met with an bike accident and both parties are injuries the bike is registers with my name My brother is attending the court now they have sent notices to my family members Is it ok or it have any impact?
You will need to prove before the court that your brother was not driving rashly when the accident occoured and further that he had all the proper documentation including insurance. The insurance company would be liable to pay the claim however you should handle the criminal case cautiously.
