SirnUnable to file mcop with in six month period due underwent treatment and rehabilitation nNow what can I do to filing mcop
if you have proper reason which prevents you filing of the case in time then you can file the case. if the court has not condon delay then file a petition at high court to Condon the delay caused. if you are want to delay again it is not possible to proceed with the case
