My father died due to accident. In that case, when i was minor court put N amount to X bank. So that i got interest every 3 months once. Now i want to take that N amount so I have to give petition to the court. But that is happened in my hometown. now i am in Chennai so can I give petition in Chennai court also or i have to give there only.?
