Involved into a minor accident - No Injury or Casualties

I was involved into a minor car accident with a school car. we both got scratches on our respective Car. No major damages. there were no injuries but the school van driver threatened me and took my photographs. What should I do in this case ?. Please guide me.

Immediately register an FIR against him. If you don't then he will register and then the police will refuse to register your FIR. For further guidance in your matter, please visit my office by taking a prior appointment.

If School Van driver threatened you then first you inform to police about the said incident and request to police to take immediate legal action against the concern School Van Driver , and Police did not take any action then you lodged the private complaint in the nearest court
