insurance claim clarification as my car got damaged by Truck driver

My car has third party insurance. It was hit from back while stranded in traffic and car was stopped along with other cars, it was hit by truck heavily from back. Truck has First party insurance and my car has third party insurance. I have filled police panchanam of accident. Please call me how should I go about it.
First of all may i know which the company you have insured your car from.
No NCB for third party cover
