If I am not carrying license while riding what are the consequences

While riding on a bike if cop ask for a license and we are not carrying with us is there any policies to show them within certain days, Tell me some guidelines for traffic rules?
According to Section 32 of the Rules of the Road Regulation, 1989 A driver shall carry with him while driving a vehicle his Driving License, Reg. Certificate, Insurance Certificate, Vehicle Fitness Certificate and all other certificate as the case may be, which shall be on demand by any police officer in uniform or transport official in uniform be produced to the said officer. Where either all or any of the said documents are not in the possession of the driver the duly attested extract of the same shall be produced or be sent to the officer who demanded the documents within 15 days by registered post.
