What you need to do is get a settlement agreement drafted from a letter stipulating there in all the terms and condition of settlement and thereafter present the same before the court along with a petition.

Well, your question is not clear but ... if there is a claim case in respect of the Motor vehicle accident ,then both parties may compromise & settle the case before the court through your lawyers. But if there is a accident & criminal case has been filed against you u/s of IPC then without perusal of case record it can't be stated, moreover also in this circumstances you may be acquitted through your lawyer's Skil.
