How to get compensation which has been submitted in court

We have won the case related to motor vehicle act in supreme court and as per the order the opposite party have to pay some compensation amount to us.But the opposite party has submitted the chque in the district court where the case has been firstly reported.So i want to know 1. what is the procedure to get my money from district court ? 2. how much time it will take to get money from court? 3.What all documents we needed to claim?
1. you need to move an appropriate application for release of compensation amount from the court. you should go to the court with all your id proof and the court will give you the cheque after verifying your identity
2. the time period should not be more then one or two hearings.
