How can I claim compensation from a person who has hit my car

A drunken driver, without valid driving license in a high speed hit my standing car and caused a loss of 135,000. An FIR was lodged u/s 279 , two years ago and police has to pursue the case further. What can be done by me for the speedy trial to claims
If the vehicle which hit your brother had a third party insurance then you will have to implead Insurance Company as one of the parties to the Compensation Application which is to be filed before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal.
