FIR was lodged against me with section 279 , 337 , and 338.

I was driving the Motorbike when suddenly a kid while playing and not focused on the road he came running in front of my motorbike and suffered injuries. I tried to communicate with kid's family and offer them to take the kid to the hospital and make sure i cover all the medical expenses but instead of that the family was more interested in getting money out of that accident. So they lodged FIR. They are not willing to negotiate. What should i do. I am preparing for a government job. Please help
aap sabse pehle apni bail kraiye es se aapki government job per koi bhi farq nahi padega or agar unki family samajh nhi rhi hai to ab unko Mt samjhaiye court me bula lege to apne aap samjh jayege. esiliye pehle aap apni bail kra lijiye
