FIR logged after a month even met with police officer

Small accident met with bike and my car in NH. Minor injury was happened so I called ambulance and sent Opposite party to hospital. After a month i received call from police station and met senior police officer no record found but after some day junior officer sent me FIR copy through WhatsApp. What is the next step from my end..
I can help you with the case. You have to do 2 things. Firstly, you have to file Anticipatory Bail petition in the Madras High court to stop police from arresting you. Secondly, you have to file a quash petition in the Madras High court under section 482 of the CrPC
