FILING OF FIR for motor accident by some other person

There was a collison between my scooter and another scooter. I suffered a leg fracture and a surgery and metal plate had to be put My friend who was pillion and didn't get any injuries filed an FIR. For the accident on my behalf . Is th FIR valid or i only have to file the FIR. Fir was filed for section 125 of bns

The fir is valid you don't need to file separate fir for the same reason again but you are need to review the contents of fir is it correctly filed or not and if any disability has been occured to you after the accident you can claim compensation under motor vehicle act.

YES....The FIR filed by your friend on behalf of you is Valid. But the FIR should be registered on the same day of the accident. And the Section 125 of BNS is accurate in fact more strict than section for rash driving.
