Last Friday mere cousin ka accident hua tha mera cousin bike pe tha bike ek maruti van se tkra gyi accident me uske face pe 3 fractures hue. M.L.C me doctor ne last me likha hai alcohol present. But doctor ne without any test ye likh diya .puchne pur doctor next btaya k mujhe alcohol ki smell aayi this isiliye Maine likh diya. Humne inspector ko case register krne k liye bola to inspector bola k isne drink kr rkhi this mail case register nhi krunga aapko agr case register krna hai to court k through krao... Is situation me hum kya kre
If the police is failed to register the FIR. You have to move criminal complaint under section 156(3) CRPC. If court satisfy with your arguments and feels that you have made out a case. The court will give direction to the SHO concerned to register an FIR. In the present case , you have only this option. Revert me if you really want to proceed for case.

Do you have any evidence that he was not drunk, like attendance in office or ccvt camera footage or any kind of evidence that he was presented there that time and not drunk.
Otherwise it will be difficult to prove in court.
