Drunk and drive accident caused death what can i do now

My brother met with accident which result in death of two people. He was drunk. What punishment will he get and what are legal procedures to be followed Can he get bail ?
Your brother can get bail from the concerned Court. After completing the investigation the police. Authority/Investigation Officer will file charesheet thereafter trial will be commenced. Conviction or acquittal depends upon the evidence in court.
