Does permanent disability certificate be rejected if a job is joined

i had a major accident in 2015 ihad 25% permanent disability of my rt lower limb can it be taken as 100% functional disability

NO, if your disability is 25% then it cannot be treated as 100% disability.
The respective disability certificate for mental retardation or other disabilities (visual, speech and hearing, and locomotor disability is given as Form X and Y in related resource. The certificate is issued to persons with disabilities mentioned in the PWD Act,1995.

on what basis the certificate would be rejected? and no it should not effect your claim but to be sure need to check the documents.
