Death by accident case dont have FIR how to obtain it

I hit a woman by accident on bike and she was declared dead after 5 days..the day I hit the lady, they kept me in jail for whole night and next.morning my college professor get my bail n I was free.the lady lawyer asked me in court dat I have to come to court whenever asked..for next 9 years I never received any call or letter from court...but now my professor who was my guarantee also received called from police station to come to court...now I don't have single copy of any fir or any letter and we don't know what charges imposed on us..What should we do?
first about your bike is insured or not and are you valid documents like license holder, RTO Registration etc.
2ndly the said lady died means accidentaly death therefore police authority lodge FIR against you under section 336,337 and 279, 304A Indian Penal Code.
3rdly after investigation the police authority file a Chargesheet and thereafter you furnishing surety/Bail in the court, then you contest the matter. otherwise court issued Non Bailable warrant.
4thly the relative of the said lady is file again motor accident claim petition, they demanding claim money award.
