damage to car by neighbor girl and police informed but no action

My car and scooter is being damaged by neighbour girl. Yesterday she scratched entire body of new car in revenge after my complaint to MCD against intimidation with pet dog by girl. MCD prosecuted her and thereafter she started troubling us with all means. Matter reported to police station u/s 425 read with 268 but action is being taken protect my car and scooter.
Yesterday car was parked at parking area of the society which is not cover with any CCTV but complaint on this issue was already made on 27.9.2019 to police after damaging my scooter and initial damage to car.
can u guide me further legal action in the matter

the your neighbor girl which your car and scooter damag and concerned police not take the action against him .now you move a written complaint against the girl to the police.
