cross road accident on highway under sections 304a negligence driving

What can be the order on 304-a accident case, if one would have all the documents like DL, RC and Car Insurance in Full? met with an accident when i was driving car on highway on right lane, but bike riders tried to cross road suddenly and got hit on the front of the car. bike driver had leg injuries while back seated person got struck on the edge of footpath and died in the hospital. Police filed charge sheet under 304-a, 279, 337 and 338 Will there be to get free from those charges. What are the options to deny those charges?
