Car accident happened awaiting summons what does it mean

Under above matter what does awaiting summons means. Mater under secs 279/338/184. What is the recourse. The accused took the victim to the hospitals for first aid, examination and subsequently helped in admitting the patient in govt. aided hospital (BMC hospital) The car was driven under normal speeds and accident took place at no crossing area, but wrongly accused at a square crossing and rash driving. Pl. advise.

A summons differs from a subpena, which is an order to witnesses to appear.
