can we get claim amount from the bank while insurance case is in court

Client is a temporary bank employee and met with car accident while performing d job.his bike got damaged completely and he also injured very badly.it will take minimum 6 months to recover.case is runing with insurance(3rd party).can v get amount from the bank?

What amount are you talking here which you want to take from the bank. Till the case is pending adjudication in the court and compensation is to be decided by court how can you get the amount from the insurance company. you need to wait till the matter is decided.
