Can third party insurance claim be made in a case of motor accident

Sir I have made third party accident clam on Insurance ie My medical bill,and loss of service , disability. but my part of medical bill is paid through my daughter through her company Pvt Insurance. Now can i add that amount in my third party clam or not , Is there any clear guide line about medical and disability.
Yes you can made this third party claim, if you want you can show this expenditure from your daughter as loan. Other loss of service, disablement can be claimed from the insurance company.you have to only present medical bills and proof of loss of service.

If your daughter's co. Has borne your medical expenses and those expenses have not been paid out of your pocket, you cannot claim it again. However, with respect to the loss of job and disability suffered by you, you can seek reasonable claim by filing a claim petition in the MACT tribunal
