Can i travel outside country during my case is pending in court

I am car driver and by mistake accident happen and in accident one female was dead on the spot. So fir was register against me and case was register in court and it’s pending. But my wife is in canada and i have to go canada on her dependent so can i go canada if case is pending
No. pending criminal case where the victim of the accident has died already, may attract severe charges like accidental death. It amounts to culpable homicide. Permission to leave India cannot be granted considering the flight risk of the Accused. FIR on E Guj cop portal also creates lien on passport and alert on your passport will be generated if linked with UIDAI. It's highly advisable that you surrender your passport to the concerned court and face the trial. If you leave for abroad, you'll be declared absconder. that's ugly scenario tbh.
