Can dash cam recording be used as evidence in court?

28-Oct-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
My friend was driving by his car to office, then suddenly a biker from other lane got dis-balanced and slipped below his car, leading to his death. Even my friend was driving slow and at all it was impossible to control to car and save the biker at that moment. His car's dash cam has very clear recording of the whole incident and anyone can undoubtedly say its not car driver's fault. Moreover my friend bring him to hospital and reported the incident to police suddenly. Now, every one is saying he has to face criminal proceedings of culpable homicide and surely has to face a jail term because the biker gone dead, even it's not at all his mistake. Can he be saved from criminal proceedings by using dash cam recording as evidence in court or surely he be punished for death of biker?

Its a matter of sec. 304A IPC, and if ur is seizued by the police during the investigation then it can be put to ur defence as well and if its not done by the police you can move an application in the court under the relevant sec. of the evidence act and submit an affidavit as mentioned in that act to support ur dash cam recording evidence, u will have to face criminal case but if u r able to prove the dash cam recording, u will be acquitted.
