Buying vehicle from OLX hit it while testing what case can she file

After seeing add on olx I went to see the used car, car was parked in basement parking & it was dark there so I talk her to take vehicle outside parking, I drive the car & during turn its one side touch with wall & line dent form on one part of side outer body, when I see the car outside its roof was already damaged & scratches all around the body, I was not interested to purchase the car & told the owner that he has to repair that dent & message me the amount that I will pay, when I did not show interest in purchasing car he write me that U have accident my car & its chassis has crack & door damage if U will not pickup my call I will call the police, It was a minor dent & she was making that big so I ignore her, after one month she went to police station & policeman call me that I have accident her car if I don't agree to bear repair cost she will lodge FIR, after one month of that incident can she is eligible for claim, & also wrong claim, pls tell me which type of for she can lodge
