28-May-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I sold my bike to one person 6 months ago. But even after 6 months he have not transferred the ownership of the bike. I called him many times but still he is not transferring ownership. I don't have any proof of sale.I don't know where he lives.I went to police station but they are not taking complaint and saying go to consumer court. What to do?

the details you have mentioned doesn't amount to consumer complaint . However you need to intimate to the police and the RTO regarding the said issue and you can do publication in newspaper regarding the incident that purchaser shall be responsible for any misdeed by the bike for further details you can contact on my number if police are not taking your complaint or RTO is not responding

This is my response to you:
1. File a police complaint for lost bike;
2. This bike could be used for illegal activities;
3. You must therefore take precaution;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps
