Accident with Truck and Bike. What is my liabilty
18-May-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
Yesterday i met with accident with bike . During the curve road, biker falls down and i tired to escape the biker so i took my car into ground into a big stone And bike came under my truck and biker injured and now he is now hospital and some people cased . And my truck is in police station. As biker falls down before my truck arrive near the bike and got hurted due to falling down with high speed and he is not having license
you have met with accident with m/c. you were driving heavy vehicle and last option was with you to avoid the accident. ypur truck is standing in police station it neans FIR has been chalk out against you. now charge sheet wiill also be filed against you and you are liable for criminal case and biker is not having licence does not matter.
