Kya Karu.m college mpadth hu
Legally he can lodge FIR against you but it is a bailable offence and you will get bail immediately, however to reach the case at final stage it will take long time and your advocate will cross examine him and save you

Agar phir wo FIR ke liye bolta he to ussse aap bol do ki aap FIR kra do. Case me kuch bhi nahi he hand to hand bail ho jayegi aur jyada expenses bhi nahi hoga

you can lodge complaint against him for black-mailing you. tell all details to police. The amount you paid Rs.10,000/- to him, do you have any evidence for that? you say you paid medical bills. do you have medical bills with you. and is your name mentioned on bill that you made payment? anyway you can now lodge complaint against him. Try to get some document from hospital that you admitted the person to hospital and paid his bills. If this is not possible ask him to go a head with his complaint as the responsibility goes on insurance company to pay for damages, I hope you have your insurance for your vehicle on the day of accident.
