4 police khaaki dress, stop me on road and take out my scooter key, when i say you can not. He get angry and give me challan 18000 rs. for pollution, HSRP number plate, insurance , DL . 4th may 2025 saket court date, i miss.
Regarding the challan of ₹18,000 for pollution, HSRP, insurance, and DL – please verify whether all these documents were actually missing/invalid at that time. If not, you can contest the challan before the concerned traffic court by producing valid documents.
Since you missed the Saket Court date (4th May 2025), you should immediately approach the same court and file an application for recalling the order/warrant (if issued) and seek a fresh hearing date. Delay should be explained properly.
