Theft at Medical Hospital in Pune. Hospital not acknowleding

My mother was admitted at emergency in hospital. When she was discharged , she told one ring and one chain ( all gold) is missing. Hospital is not cooperating and not acknowledging the theft

Immediately lodge a written complaint with the hospital management and demand CCTV footage. File an FIR for theft. You may also approach the Consumer Forum for deficiency in service and claim compensation.
