Seeking legal support for medical negligence and malpractice issue
15-Mar-2025 (In Medical Negligence Law)
My father, the patient, meet a road accident on 25 Dec 2024, he seeked medical care on 29 Dec but was never provided adequate care. He had severe knee swelling and pain, which should medically require an MRI for suspected injury. The doctor here performed aspiration and did observe hemarthrosis and yet did not request an MRI and allowed the patient to travel for work. A month later, a second doctor found ACL and meniscus tear on MRI. This is clear negligence and I seek compensation.
Well, in order to seek monetary compensation from the Doctor for the negligence committed by him, you can file a case before the concerned Consumer Forum on the ground of malpractice and deficiency of services provided by him to your Father while treating him which resulted in the monetary loss by posing a risk to the life of your Father.
