Negligence of doctor during delivery causing cerebral palsy in child

At the time of my delievry my case is of operation but the doctor and nurses done my forceips delivery which may results that at that time my son died and after ten minutes he has sezuire attacks and he is ventelated about nine days and 15days in icu .and now he has became a patient of spastic cerebral palsy..
It appears to be a case of medical Negligence. File a complaint with local police and also with MCI if you have not done so . Then serve the hospital authorities with a legal notice through a lawyer and then file case in consumer court claim compensation against the hospital.
