Dear Client, Please be informed that Banks/FIs cannot reverse a completed transaction without the consent of recipient or the Courts order. If the wrong transaction reported within three days, then you can escalate your grievance to the concerned bank or FI seeking RBI's zero-liability protection failing which you can escalate your grievance to the Banking Ombudsman under RBI Banking Ombudsman Scheme and also before the NPCI seeking appropriate relief in the matter. A consumer doing wrong even by default can't seek the protection of Consumer Protection Act. If needed, consult with an Advocate to navigate the matter effectively.
