Medical negligence by orthodontist how to sue and claim compensation

Hello! Sir/madam, i want to sue my orthodontist. He extracted my 4 teeth and bent my molars towards tongue. Today my tongue has no space to move, im having problem in speaking, eating, and i cant even smile properly. What i can i do to sue him.
You should immediately serve a legal notice through a lawyer to the doctor and also to MCI and file case in consumer court claiming compensation for loss and inconvenience caused by the negligent doctor.
