Medical negligence at Military hospital
08-Jul-2023 (In Medical Negligence Law)
I am a serving military personnel. My wife was suffering from incontinence. She has undergone futile TOT placement and coloprrhaphy procedure ended up urinary bladder injury. I was neither informed about complications before surgery nor injury after surgery. Even they administered expiry medicine to my wife. Now it is more than four months I am running pillar to post to get her treated for vesico veginal fistula apart from incontinence.
You can first serve a legal notice through a lawyer to the hospital, doctors who treated and MCI also. Then file case in consumer forum claiming all expenses and compensation and also litigation expenses.
