Father passed away due medical negligence in treating MDR bacteria

24-Dec-2025 (In Medical Negligence Law)
Hip replacement performed-DISCHARGED-admitted again for 2nd operation because of wound infection & found MDR (multi drug resistant)bacteria in culture test- no proper treatment & DISCHARGED without confirmation of bacteria's status - readmitted & complications wit MDR bacteria spreading to lungs started & father passed away. This is pure negligence on hospital fr not treating the MDR bacteria in initial stages & discharging fr 2nd time without confirming which caused more infecti & caused death.
