I'm from Mumbai , and during a aurvedic treatment the , got skin burns from boiling hot water. The police are not ready to file a case of medical negligence . I don't have any vide evidence of it happening , as i was in pain , but doctor took me to a separate dermatologist , and paid for the consultation fees . I want to know my rights , and what can be done in this scenario. I would stopping my aurvedic treatment at the clinic .

Well, you can file a case on the grounds of Medical Negligence and Defeciency of Services before the Consumer Court. You can file other Criminal and Civil Cases too before the other Courts too with immediate effect.
