What to do if a tenant is not vacating the shop

Honourable Dear sir I had given my shop on rent on mutual understanding. but now he is not vacating my shop. Kindly guide me legal advice

serve a notice asking to vacate the shop.
just file an eviction suit through a lawyer, this will take a nominal fees. tell the lawyer everything right from the beginning as it would help u a lot. so filing against him, in the court is the only option available. please do not delay as this is very important.

In this case you should approach to Rent Control Court to get your property vacated by the tenant. You have to file an eviction petition against the tenant. Collect all the proofs and evidences related to your property and consult with a lawyer who can help you to file a case under Rent Control Act or Transfer of Property Act.
