My tenant running a food stall was causing trouble due to blockage of domestic drain. Ask to vacate but disagreed legal case was filed. His tenure is ending this september what to do
Hello sir v can contest case and get order for eviction by establishing the attitude and rudeness of tenant before court and get order for eviction of tenant ...in that case speed up the trial and finish it off

Give proper vacation notice if there is a agreement and even he is not vacating then you want to file a case for eviction for overstay and nuisance and damaging the property. every thing you must do in a time limit otherwise you will loose your rights.
