It is a very short time process provided everything is ready with us such as all the relevant papers as well as the parties to the deed. First of all draft the rectification deed with the help of any good advocate. Then go for the registration of rectification deed to sub-registrar office where the original deed is registered. The stamp duty and registration charges for general issues such as typographical errors are Rs.100 each.

dear ,
it is always good to go for a Title search report if it is done it prior of sanction of the property and also instead of regretting at later stage . You have no option but to get the rectification done from the sub registrar office from the same person .

thanks
