Wants to rent out a property to a shell company registered Bangalore
30-Oct-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I am a hindu. I have a commercial property in manglore. And i am about to rent it out to a shell company who's Head office is located in Bangalore. So they are telling us that the rental/lease deed would be made in banglore and not Mangalore. So is it safe to register over there?
The property where it is situated it has to be registered in the jurisdiction of sub registrar of assurances where it is situated. The officers should come down and register the lease/rental deed and take possession
Dear sir, you can register the Leave and License/Rent Agreement where the property is located. But registration is very important under the provision of law. Even if the Agreement is registered at manglore shall not create any problem regarding the same.
How does your religion matters when you are leasing your property? You can register the Lease Deed in Mangalore if there is a office of Sub Registrar. The Agreement can be registered where the property is situated.
