Tenants not ready to leave property

Sir, I have a shop on rent but there was no rent agreement at that time as they were there from last 15 yrs but everything is written manually not with stamp paper ...... But now they are not ready to leave property and most important thing ... Electricity Meter is on the name of tenant ... What can I do nw ...?
If there is no rent agreement or rent agreement is not on stamp paper, even then you can file eviction petition against tenant on the basis of personal necessity. Supreme court said once tenant is always tenant, so do not worry and file eviction petition. If you are residing in Distt. Patiala or Mohali then you can contact me.

Sir you can file a rent petition for eviction of tenant from your shop and there are many grounds on which you can file the rent petition one of which is bonafide necessity i.e. You can plead that you require the said shop for your own use.
