Q: Convicted in Cheque bounce How to get bail

I got convicted in cheque bounce case yesterday and have been asked to pay 3 lacs or imprisonment. I am filed appeal in sessions court and they ordered i will have to pay 20% of the cheque amount to Court within 7 days is there any procedure to get extend the time to deposit that amount

You can get the time extended up to 60 days by filing an application before the same court and the court may grant you time and in case the court does not grant you time then you can also file an appeal in the High Court against the said order

Q: mutual divorce case filing condition and fees

i had taken divorce from my husband 4 years ago by notary now i want to file legal mutual case....what will be ahole procedure and fees ?

Q: Query related to the Transfer of property after Death of family member

Hi, My Grandfather and Grandmother had died. The property is in my grandfather's name and need to be transferred to my Father. My Father has 2 sisters who don't have any issue. Please let me know what is the best method to transfer. State is Punjab and we are Hindu. Since Punjab has done away with property transfer fee to blood relations, will that help in this case.

Sir, It is a very simple procedure to get the property transferred in your father's name. You just need to go and talk to patwari along with your father and his sisters and tell him to transfer the property in the name of father and his sisters will give no objection and the property will be transferred on the basis of natural succession.

Q: Tenants not ready to leave property

Sir, I have a shop on rent but there was no rent agreement at that time as they were there from last 15 yrs but everything is written manually not with stamp paper ...... But now they are not ready to leave property and most important thing ... Electricity Meter is on the name of tenant ... What can I do nw ...?

Sir you can file a rent petition for eviction of tenant from your shop and there are many grounds on which you can file the rent petition one of which is bonafide necessity i.e. You can plead that you require the said shop for your own use.

Q: Can husband take divorce on ground of my relationship before marriage

This is a matrimonial question and i belong to hindu religion. on4 march i married. but i didnt told about my past to my husband before marriage. after 20 days he asked me and said tell ur past nothing will change in our relationship. and i told him each and everything i was in relationship wth a guy nd we got physically too..nd now my husband have some pics of mine nude nd with tht guy. but after marriage i never do such a thing. i m fully loyal in my marriage but my husband doesnt believe me he speak vulgar words to me nd harass me mentally to. and moreover this is reveal to his family and mine too but still his family accept me nd i live 4 months in in lwas house. now he wants divorce nd i dnt wana to give divorce him. i just wana to know can he get divorce from me as he has such pics nd my relationship before marriage and can i claim money. please advice me wt should i do. i try my best. we both talk a lot bt he is saying again and again he want divorce. ?

Hii. How are you? In reply to your query i can say that see you cannot stop him from filing a case of divorce on this ground but if he succeeds or not in getting divorce is the matter of evidence. As far as maintenance is concerned you can cerainly claim maintenance from him under Sectio 125 Crpc and also under section 24 HMA if he files divorce against you and maintenance is your right being legally wedded wife.
