Tenant not vacating, upon which tenant filed a civil suit 27c

My tenant started the possesion of my house from last year march 2024 with written agreement for 11 months, but the agreement is not regsitered with the rental authority. we found he was not keeping the house proper manner hence we asked him to vacate upon completion of tenany period by dec 2024, but he refused to vacate and provacated heated argument and little violence last january. now he filed a suit against me under 27c, not paying the rent for last 7 months and neither vacating the house c

you can file a recovery of possession suit against him to evict him from your property and you also need to contest the case under section 27c , you also file a recovery of money suit against him for arreares of rent
