tenant not leaving room even after agreement is over

Sir my tenant not leaving room even after agreement is over in june 2021, he si staying single, 15 days back he called PCR as We locked premises, to talk to him he never replies our call. We dont want to continue, kindly advise a way. Even police official called him to sign a letter to vacant with mutual understanding. But no revert till date.Can I lock my premises

You cant dispossess him by using force. We advise you to issue a strongly worded eviction Notice within 15 days failing which a Law Suit for Eviction is warranted to be filed by you before the concerned District Judge.
