Tenant not evicting flat in Kolkata

I have a flat that I gave on rent in 2015. In 2021, we sent a legal notice to vacate in 30 days but he mentioned about some "Injunction" which I didn't understand. Also,2 years back he tried replacing the electricity bill name to his name which I blocked from CESC. I don't know why he did that. What can be the quickest way to evict him ? I don't want to file a lawsuit as it might take multiple years. Throw his stuff out after after giving notice again & defend if he files a case ?

Need to understand the type of agreement you both have agreed on, and if there is sufficient provision mentioned in the agreement, then eviction can very well take place with the intervention of the Court.
