Tenant is not vacating - How to evict tenant as agreement is expired

11-Jun-2024 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Legal agreement expired in Dec 2021. we did not extend the lease as we renovate and move in. Tenant filed a case against my dad. my dad passed away last year. Tenant did not appear in the court and the case was dismissed last year. our lawyer filed a case against the tenant to claim rent, order has been passed to pay rent . I'm not sure why my lawyer didn't file eviction case against tenant. How should we handle this issue as now the agreement has been expired and tenant is still not vacating?
