21-Mar-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Hi, I have rented a NRI's apartment in banglore. I am not violating any tenant laws. Now the power of attorney is asking me to vacate the house in 3 months. since he want to stay in the apartment. I have asked them one year time to vacate since my son has some health issues.how can i proceed with this please help
You can issue legal notice to the power of attorney and request him one year time for vacating the house. Otherwise he may initiate action against you for eviction even in the absence of the notice issued to the landlord.
sir, it is very simple, you can cause legal notice seeking requisite time. then he will reply some thing. then, you can go for legal remedy. u contact me i can plan to extend time for one or two years.
