We as a HOUSING CHSL lodge a Complaint at commisioner office thane against one of the ower of society who is police officer.by mistakenly we mentioned some false allegations against him in the letter submitted to cp office.Can the officer filed a defemation case agianst secretary and chariman of housing chsl as we signed the letter submitted to cp office.We meet hi mand he asked us to write a apology letter and post it into whatsapp group of society.
