If the rent agreement is made today from the court, can you get the rent agreement attested by a notary within the next three days?

Yes you can get the agreement attested by the notory public appointed by the central government after executing the rent agreement. You just need to bring the original executed copy of the agreement and aadhar card of lessor and lessee

notarized agreement is simply a rent agreement printed on a stamp paper that is signed by a Public Notary. ... However, it to be noted that in case of any legal proceedings, the notarized agreement cannot be admissible in the Court, as it does not validate the rental transaction.
